Compensation is commensurate with experience, but we believe in paying our people well, as we want to retain excellent staff.

We match up to 10% of your salary, and you are fully vested after one year of employment.

Work from your home as long as you live within two time zones of US/Central time.

Our employees get three weeks of vacation per year upon starting, and four weeks per year after four years' employment with us.

42 Lines offers each employee comprehensive medical (at the platinum plan level), dental, and vision coverage at almost* no cost to the employee and we significantly subsidize the same coverage for your family. We also offer a Health Care FSA to help you pay medical costs pre-tax. *Due to legal requirements we can only pay 99% of employee premiums in some states.

We know that our most valuable asset is our employees' skills; we strongly support ongoing professional development through conferences and internal peer-based training. Every year you will receive three paid conference days, and conference attendance and travel budgets.

Each employee is given a budget to purchase new hardware and software, and office equipment and is given the freedom to customize their working experience to their needs.
