Compensation is commensurate with experience, but we believe in paying our people well, as we want to retain excellent staff.
We match up to 10% of your salary, and you are fully vested after one year of employment.
Work from Home
Work from your home or a co-working space as long as you live within two time zones of US/Central time.
Our employees get three weeks of vacation per year upon starting, and four weeks per year after four years' employment with us.

We recognize that the social stimulation and work/life separation provided by working from a co-working facility can significantly improve your experience and productivity, so we'll pay for it if you choose not to work from home.
Each employee is given a budget to purchase new hardware and software, and office equipment and is given the freedom to customize their working experience to their needs.
