Demand Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Demand Generation Manager to join the 42 Lines Team. The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building and optimizing the lead generation engine for Harmonize, including identifying new marketing channels, owning the day-to-day activities of executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing results.  This role will work closely with the sales team, customer success,  product teams to develop and implement the best possible strategy across our marketing channels to drive inbound demand and optimize our lead conversion funnel.  

You are a collaborative, creative, and a high-energy marketer who focuses on driving results. You have experience with marketing automation software (Preferably HubSpot), designing and implementing campaigns, and analyzing results to drive best practices. You are a highly effective communicator who works well across cross-functional teams to collect information and generate new ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute demand generation programs, including webinars, emails, nurture sequences, content syndication  to meet lead/MQL targets
  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline.
  • Create impactful nurture programs to convert leads to opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team for efficient handoff of leads from marketing to sales
  • Support list acquisition and maintenance for email marketing campaign
  • Closely monitor program performance and conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage.
  • Develop and manage project plans to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of marketing campaigns / initiatives
  • Manage an outreach calendar to communicate and track all key demand generation activities marketing activities
  • Manage trade show program details and execution.

Requirements

  • A positive, upbeat, and collaborative attitude, in line with the company culture
  • Willingness to work remotely either from home or in a company-funded co-working space. 
  • 3-5  years of experience creating multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative nature
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
